Terms of service

1. The service

0xweb is a web console that works from X accounts you connect. It can write and send AI replies to tweets that match your filters, collect tweets into files and analyze them. 0xweb is not made by, connected to or endorsed by X Corp.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a code sent to your e-mail, so keep that mailbox safe: whoever has it can sign in. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Your X accounts

Connect only X accounts that you own or are allowed to use. By connecting one you let 0xweb act from it, only as you instruct: the runs you start, with the filters, prompts and pace you set. You can stop a run at any time and end the access by logging the session out in X or deleting the account in the console. How we handle the cookies is described in the Privacy policy.

4. How you may use it

You are responsible for the prompts, filters and settings you choose and for every reply sent from your accounts. You must follow the law and the rules of X. Do not use 0xweb for:

• spam, scams, impersonation or misleading people;
• harassment, threats, hate or illegal content;
• collecting or using data in a way the law forbids;
• attacking, overloading or trying to break the service.

The service has safety filters, but they do not replace your own judgement. We may stop a run, block content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. The risk of automation on X

X restricts automated activity. Any tool that works through an X account carries the risk that X limits, suspends or removes that account, and no tool can promise otherwise. 0xweb offers a daily limit, pauses between replies and pace guidance to lower the risk, but the pace and the content are yours. Pace suggestions on our pages are starting points, not promises. We are not responsible for what X does to your accounts.

6. AI results

Replies and reports are written by an AI model. They can be wrong, off-topic or unsuitable. An analysis is a quick first read, not a study: check the example tweets behind each point before you act on it.

7. Plans and payments

• The plans, their limits and prices are on the pricing section of our site. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in crypto through NOWPayments.
• Access starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts for the period you chose. We do not charge you automatically. When the period ends you pay again if you want to continue.
• New accounts can have a short demo with a limited budget. When it ends you need a plan to continue, and the data of an unpaid demo is deleted after seven days.
• Refund questions are handled personally. Write to us on Telegram or by e-mail and we will look at your case.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep 0xweb running, but we do not promise it will always be available. We may change features, limits and prices, and we will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.

9. Your data

What you bring to the service stays yours. You let us process it only to provide the service to you. The Privacy policy says what we keep, for how long and who else receives it.

10. Ending

You can stop using 0xweb at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

11. Our responsibility

0xweb is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or the loss, limiting or suspension of an X account. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.

12. Changes and contact
